Ivan J. Birrer, received the B.S.E.E. degree from the University of Kansas, Manhattan, KS, in 1971.From 1975 to 1982, he worked at the Remote Sensing Laboratory at the University of Kansas. He is now located in Bloomington, IN. His interests are active and passive microwave remote sensing and data analysis.
