William H. Dragoset received the B.A. degree in physics from Auburn University, Auburn, AL, in 1972 and the Ph.D. degree in physics from Rice University, Houston, TX, in 1978.He held a Postdoctoral Research position in Experimental Particle Physics for two years at Rice University. In 1979 he joined Western Geophysical Company, Houston, TX, as a Research Geophysicist where he has specialized in the acquisition and processing of marine seismic data. He is currently a Senior Geophysicist at Western Research, a subsidiary of Western Geophysical.
Dr. Dragoset has been author or coauthor of thirteen scientific papers and is a member of the SEG, the EAEG, the AAAS, and the Geophysical Society of Houston.
