Wuu-Wen Lin

Wuu-Wen Lin was born on April 25, 1949, in Tainan, Taiwan, R.O.C. He received the B.S. degree in physics in 1972 from National Taiwan Normal University. Taiwan, the M.S. degree in physics in 1974 from National Cheng-Kung University, Taiwan, and the M.S.E. degree in mechanics and structures in 1980, an engineering degree in 1985, and the Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering in 1986, all from the University of California, Los Angeles.

From 1974 to 1976, he was a Lecturer at Chung-Cheng Institute of Technology. Since 1976, he has been working in the Department of Electronics at Chung Shan Institute of Science and Technology, Tso-Ying, Taiwan, R.O.C. His main fields of interest include fluid mechanics, acoustics, transducer design, and various applications of stochastic process and mathematical modeling in engineering.
