Zhao Xiao-Peng received the B.Engr. degree in electrical and computer engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China in 1989.Since August 1989, he has bccn an assistant engineer in the Signal Processing Research Institute in the Department of Automation at Tsinghua University. His research interests include computer software system and interface for signal processing, computer image and inter active graphics, signal and image processing, and neural networks.
