Bernard Harris received the B.E.E. degree from Cooper Union, the M.S. and the D.Eng. Sc. from Columbia University, and the M.B.A. from Pace University.He was a member of Hudson Laboratories and Director of Research and Development for Ocean and Atmospheric Science, Inc. He is currently an Associate Professor at Manhattan College and President of Harris Scientific Services.
