David Brady is an Associate Professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, Northeastern University, Boston, MA since 1990. He has been a Guest Investigator at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute since 1991. In 1989, he lectured at Princeton University, Princeton, NJ. His industrial experiences include positions as a Member of the Technical Staff at AT&T Bell Laboratories (1982-1984) and Bell Communications Research (1984-1986). He has also consulted for AT&T Bell Laboratories (1986-1988). His research interests include detection theory with a focus on communication systems.
