William B. Moseley

William B. Moseley received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology, all in physics.

He is the Technical Director of the Naval Oceanographic and Atmospheric Research Laboratory (NOARL), Stennis Space Center, MS (formerly the Naval Ocean Research and Development Activity (NORDA)). Prior to his selection in that position in December 1987, he was Associate Technical Director of NORDA leading the Ocean Acoustics and Technology Directorate of NORDA from December 1983 to December 1987.

Dr. Moseley is a member of Tau Beta Pi, the National Engineering Honor Society; Sigma Pi Sigma, the National Physics Honor Society and Sigma Xi, the Scientific Research Society of America, and the Acoustical Society of America.
