Robert K. Coulson received the B.Sc. degree from the Institute of Sound and Vibration Research at the University of Southampton, England, in 1987, and the M.S. degree in ocean engineering from Florida Atlantic University (FAU), Boca Raton, in 1990.
Since graduation, he has been employed as a Research Engineer in the Department of Ocean Engineering at FAU, working on a variety of projects involving shallow-water acoustic propagation and imaging.
