Mr. Ender Kuntsal, Engineering Manager, International Transducer Corporation. Mr. Kuntsal received his BSEE and MS in Engineering Acoustics in 1978, both from the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey. Since 1990 he has been employed by the International Transducer Corporation. Currently he works as the Engineering Manager and the principal design engineer for air and underwater transducers. He is a member of MTS, ASA and the IEEE.
