A. Hameed Chaudhry was born in Mirpur, Pakistan, in 1954. He received the B.Sc. degree in engineering from Lahore University, Pakistan, in 1977 and the M.S. degree in engineering from The University of Kansas, Lawrence, in 1981.He is working on the Ph.D. degree at the University of Kansas and working in the Remote Sensing Laboratory where his research interests are radar systems and radar backscatter from the ocean surface.
