John Kemp is a Senior Engineering Assistant in the Applied Ocean Physics and Engineering Department at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI), Woods Hole, MA. He is responsible for providing complete technical support for the WHOI tomography group and other research groups. This includes design, fabrication and testing of complex subsurface mooring systems, mooring deployment and recovery, and at-sea logistics and operations.
