Qiong Wu (M'96) received BSc. from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China and MSc. from The University of Calgary, Canada, in 1989 and 1993 respectively, both in Electrical Engineering.

From 1991 to 1993, he worked as the teaching/research assistant in The University of Calgary, Canada to develop fuzzy logic & adaptive algorithms based power system stabilizer. From 1993 to 1996, he was an engineer with Electronics & Computer Application Division, Singapore Institute of Standards & Industrial Research, working at PC based numerical control system and microprocessor based real time system. He joined TTI in July 1996. Currently, he is responsible for developing SEALION family ROVs.
