Yuzuru Itoh

Yuzuru Itoh was born in Tokyo, Japan, on July 10, 1947. He received the Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Musashi Institute of Technology in 1971, and the Master of Engineering (Electric Engineering) degree in 1974. From 1971 to 1972 he worked for the Institute of Space and Aeronautical Science, University of Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan. In 1974 he was employed by Mitsui Ocean Development and Engineering Co., Ltd., Tokyo, Japan, where he has been involved in the development of ROV's.
