Elizabeth M. Twarog (S'93) received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, in 1992, and the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Northeastern University, Boston, MA, in 1995.She has been employed as a Research Assistant by the Radar Systems Laboratory at Northeastern University since 1993, where she has been applying polarimetric signal processing techniques for understanding low grazing angle radar backscatter from the ocean surface.
