Diana F. McCammon received the B.S. degree in physics, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in acoustics, all from Pennsylvania State University, University Park, in 1977, 1979, and 1984, respectively. She began her research in 1975 at the Applied Research Laboratory of Pennsylvania State University, where she is presently a Senior Research Associate. Her research has included sediment interaction, acoustic performance prediction, scattering, and electroacoustic transducer design.
Dr. McCammon is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the Acoustic Society of America, and is a past President of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the Acoustic Society.
