Stephen P. Haimbach received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in marine studies from the University of Delaware, Lewes.He is currently a Research Associate awarded by the National Research Council working at the Radar Division of the Naval Research Laboratory. His areas of research include air-sea interactions and the remote sensing of these processes.
