Edgar Kennedy received the Associate of Arts degree in pre-engineering from Yuba College, Yuba City, CA, in 1970.
From 1971 to 1974, he worked for Raytheon Services Company and Computer Sciences Corporation, developing life cycle analysis models for the Safeguard Missile Command. From 1974 to 1989m he worked as a Senior Systems Analyst for Control Corporation in charge of real-time operating systems developments for the Kwajalein Missile test range. He is currently responsible for the development of real-time data acquisition systems in support of the Naval Research Laboratory's High-Frequency program at the Stennis Space Center, MS.
