Fotis A. Papoulias received the Diploma from the Technical University of Athens, Greece, in 1983, and the M.S.E. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 1986 and 1987, respectively.He is currently with the Mechanical Engineering Department at the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA. His primary research interests are in the areas of nonlinear dynamics and control.
