Randolph F. Follett was born in Meridian, MS, on September 17, 1959. He received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Mississippi State University in 1982, 1984, and 1988, respectively.He joined the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Mississippi State University in 1988, where he is currently an Assistant Professor. His primary research interests include dynamic system simulation and sonar signal processing.
Dr. Follett is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Mississippi, a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, a member of Eta Kappa Nu, and a member of the IEEE Oceanic Engineering Society, IEEE Control Systems Society, and the IEEE Signal Processing Society.
