Brad Hedstrom received the B.Sc. degree from the University of Wyoming in 1986 and the M.A.Sc. degree fro the University of -Victoria in 1989, both in electrical engineering.He is currently a Doctoral Candidate at the University of Victoria. During the summer of 1986 he worked for Nokia Electronics in Helsinki, Finland in the area of microelectronics encapsulation techniques and testing. The following summer he worked for Honeywell Inc., Sperry Flight Systems, Phoenix, designing validation and testing facilities for the MacDonnell-Douglas MD-11 aircraft's electronic flight systems. While pursuing advanced degrees, he has been involved with several public and private sector contracts in signal processing, computer systems and networking, and courseware development.
