Yuan-Huang L. Hsu received the B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from National Taiwan University in 1969, the M.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Duke University in 1971, and the Ph.D. degree in marine studies from the University of Delaware in 1981.From 1981 through 1982, he worked in the Air-Sea Interaction Laboratory at the University of Delaware. Since 1983, he has been employed by Computer Sciences Corporation as a Senior Engineer in the Ocean Systems Section at NSTL, MS. His research interests include air-sea interaction and instrumentation development.
