James R. Orlando was born in Timmins, ON, Can., in 1964. He received the B. Eng. Management degree in computer engineering in 1987 from McMaster University, Hamilton, ON, where he is currently pursuing the M.Eng. degree in the areas of parallel processing and neural computing as applied to radar returns.
