Robert A. Malkin (M'80) received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering and the B.S. degree in computer engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 1984 and the M.S. degree in electrical engineering in 1990 from Duke University, where he is currently completing his Ph.D. work.
