Anders Holtsberg received the M.S. degree in electrical engineering in 1987, and the Ph.D. degree in mathematical statistics in 1993, from Lund Institute of Technology, Lund, Sweden.His current interests include target tracking, system identification, and statistical computing. He is presently working at the University of Iceland, Reykjavik, Iceland, in the Energy Research Corp. at the Nordic Council of Ministers, applying time series analysis for modeling district heating systems.
