Michael R. Thomas received a Higher National Diploma in electronic engineering in 1975.He has been employed by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food since 1977 as an electronic engineer and has specialized for the last five years in the development of microprocessor hard ware and software for data acquisition.
