Russell Beale received the B.Sc. degree in theoretical physics in 1986, and the D.Phil. degree in computer science in 1991, both from the University of York, U.K.
He currently works as a Research Lecturer in Computer Science at the University of Birmingham, U.K. His research interests include neural networks, intelligent agents, information visualization, and the application of AI techniques to human-computer interaction.
