Theodore A. Henriquez was born in Tampa, FL. He received the B.S. degree in physics and mathematics from the University of Tampa, Tampa, FL, in 1956. He pursued graduate work in acoustics at Pennsylvania State University, University Park, and the University of Central Florida, Orlando.He joined the Naval Research Laboratory Underwater Sound Reference Detachment, Orlando, FL, in 1959 and is now Senior Consultant for transducer design and application.
Mr. Henriquez is a Fellow of the Acoustical Society of America.
