William S. Pope is currently Program Manager-Oceanics and has been continuously involved in the design and development of undersea systems at Battelle since 1970. Mr. Pope has designed a wide variety of hydraulic, structural, and electro-mechanical systems for special-purpose underwater applications, and in recent years he has served as systems engineer and program manager for such programs.
