Vincent K. McDonald received the B.S. degree in mathematics from San Diego State University, San Diego, CA. He is currently working toward the M.S. degree in electrical engineering.

He has spent the last nine years designing underwater sensor and communications systems for the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego, CA.
