Richard West graduated cum laude in 1987 with a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Washington, Seattle, where he is presently a graduate student in the Department of Electrical Engineering. His research interests include wave propagation and scattering, inverse theory, remote sensing, applications of computer architecture and artificial intelligence in the preceding areas, and planetary science.Mr. West is a member of Tau Beta Pi.
