Luo Fa-Long

Luo Fa-Long received the B.S., M.S. and Ph.D degrees all with honors in electronic engineering from Xidian University, Xian, in 1983, 1989, and 1991, respcctively.

From 1983 to 1986, he was an engineer in Changfeng Electronic Systems Factory. As a Postdoctoral Fellow, he is currently with Department of Automation, Tsinghua University, Beijing. He has published 40 articles on signal proccssing, neural networks with their applications to sonar, radar, and communication.
