Qian Wen was born in Xi-An, China, in 1972. She received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering, University of Washington in 1990 and 1991, respectively.She is currently working towards the Ph.D. degree in the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Washington. Her research interests include communication theory and engineering, digital signal processing, and wave propagation in random media.
