Christopher W. Miller (S'96-M'96) received the B.S. degree in electronics engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, in 1991. He is currently pursuing the M.S. degree in electrical engineering.

Since 1992, he has been a Research Assistant in the Coastal Ocean Acoustics Center at the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA, involved with data analysis and programming development for oceanographic experiments.
