Marcus L. Graham (M'91) received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, OH, in 1983, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Rhode Island, Kingston, in 1992.

Since 1984, he has been with the Combat Control Systems Department at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, RI. Current research interests include state estimation and tracking, Gaussian mixture methods, constrained nonlinear estimation as well as the probabilistic interpretations of neural networks and fuzzy systems.
