Detailed Description

This class is designed to work on the derived domain of a EUROPA-variable outside the context of a EUROPA::Constraint.

One can invoke PlasmaVariableFunction::set..( variable, value ) anywhere in the code and it will change the derived domain, independent if one is in the context of a constraint.
