An all hands needs to be sent out letting people know.

The connector needs to be in the water and secured.

The hose that is connected to the connector needs to be protected with cable guards and caution placards. 

Send out an additional all hands warning everyone that diving in the tank is not permitted while energized equipment is present. 

If a dive has to happen, the experiment can shut down and they should contact Duane Thompson or Dave French to arrange this. 

You can then inform The Experimenter of the need and arrange to “gently” shut their system off.
