MARS Prelim instrument checklist

Inspect mechanical

   tight bolts
   housings tight
   strain relief tether

With power off, put in tank

   allow system to scan for ground faults

Prepare scope to capture inrush current

Turn on power

If inrush too high, insert resistor in power path

Resistor will need to go in the client's housings
   
Verify network communications
