--) This is a production release binary supporting the iMX31-LV SOM.

--) The SMSC9117 chip does not have power states directly mapping to NDIS D0-D3.
    The driver sets them up to map as follows:
	NDIS D0 --> SMSC9117 D0 state ("normal operation" - everything is on)
	NDIS D1 --> SMSC9117 D1 state ("packet detect" - mac/host interface off)
	NDIS D2 --> SMSC9117 D2 state ("energy detect" - wakes up when cable connected)
	NDIS D3 --> SMSC9117 D2 state ("full off" - only wakes up when BYTE_TEST written to)
