--) When installing this release, any custom modifications to a previous
    installation of the LoCE Platform will be lost.

--) Backup your ".\WINCE500\PLATFORM\LoCE" folder before upgrading.

--) It is highly recommended to remove all previous LoCE components before
    installing this version of the LoCE Base BSP.  However, the installer
    will perform an upgrade of a previous installation of LoCE if it exists.

--) When performing an upgrade installation, all previously installed LoCE
    binary kernels and drivers will continue to work.

--) Added support for IMX31-10 LV SOM systems.

--) For PXA270 based Card Engine platforms, loce.bat must be modified to set
    the "_TGTCPUVARIANT" variable to "XSC".  For all other platforms it must
    not be set.
