lpd_imx31_mc13783 is the MC13783 Companion chip driver supporting the 
IMX31-10 Low Voltage (LV) System on Module and LITEKIT development system.

This driver is supported under Logic Product Development's LoCE BSP v2.0.0+

--) Supports nSUSPEND on the iMX31 LV-SOM as Suspend signal. (rising edge detection)
--) Supports nSUSPEND, PWR_ON, nSTANDBY on the iMX31 LV-SOM as wake-up from 
    Suspend signals. (falling or rising edge detection)

3) Known Issues
ŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻ
--) Switching off VIOLO in suspend will reset the board. Default registry
    setting "PmicLinears1" will keep VIOLO powered in suspend to avoid 
    this failure.
    
--) Disabling VREF1 will disable bringing the system out of suspend with 
    any PMIC peripherals like Touch. Default registry setting "PmicLinears2"
    will keep VREF1 enabled in suspend to avoid this failure.
