lpd_imx31_usb2h is an USB2 High Speed Host driver supporting the IMX31-10
Low Voltage (LV) System on Module and LITEKIT development system.

This driver is supported under Logic Product Development's LoCE BSP v2.0.0+

--) IMX31-10 SOM Logic part number 1006251 and 1006415, the USB Phy
    chips (U16 and U17) have XTAL2 pin incorrectly connected to ground.
    A percentage of these boards will not work with USBH.
