Bench tests performed by the test tank. MR was unmounted from the CPF and lying horizontally on a cart (on top of blocks, padded with foam).
Noise from people walking by.
Bench tests performed after cleaning SH1 SMC cable: sprayed with isopropyl 99.9% and drying with the heat gun on cold mode for >10'.
Note SH1 channel shows large counts again.
DAT_013.P: no dummy probe, after cleaning
DAT_014.P: w/dummy S1 probe, after cleaning
DAT_015.P: w/dummy S1 probe, after cleaning twice.

Visual inspection still shows moisture around the plastic tube that wraps the cable.

We wrapped the cable inside a ziploc with a desicant, and will let it sit for a day.
