Artifacts for PHM paper based on galene's tank tests: 

Tests are stored in Persistence Lab\transfer folder\galene_tank_tests . 
Scripts used to analyze the tests are in the Matlab subfolder. The easiest way
to run these is to move them all to User\whatever\Documents\MATLAB and then, 
in Matlab, cd to the galene_tank_tests folder and run them from there.

Tests were run using one of two branches of lrauv-testbed-2019: either branch
galene or branch galene-whiplash-detection (which is a misnomer, it should be
named galene-transient-detection).

Look at the script analyze_isolations.m to see which branch was used for which
experiment.
