- Discuss contents of Advance draft of Platforms Strategic Plan (Roadmap)

- deliverables schedule, the process and current objectives
    *Feb 7: Each group presents:
            - SWOT analysis
            - Opportunities and priorities (science stakeholders should write this)
            - draft of their strategic plan
    Feb 11: Revisions complete.
    Feb 18: Out for review
    March 21-23:  Offsite (Engineering & selected invitees)

- All:
  - Send me your meeting notes
  - Talk amongst yourselves (and send comments to the group)
  - Document specific opportunities and other implementation plan ideas and submit them

  - Elect coordinator, divide work
  - Hold working sessions with each other, science as needed
  - Write draft

- Scientists
  - We need contributors to identify and write up
    - Science priorities
    - Development opportunities
