**The Proposal should contain the approved proposal as recieved from the PCO. Any PCO actions that subsequently are acted upon should also be documented when they effect the proposal deliverables**. 

Note: This section should only contain the accepted version of the proposal. No previous revisions or supporting documents should be kept within this folder. Those documents can be kept in a separate folder in the Memo folder under a reference folder created for that purpose. Revisions to the proposal plan should be listed here as PCO actions.

Project.PCO.action1.doc ... etc. 

*NOTE: Images, diagrams or anything else that will help are encouraged to be included in PCO action. References to the supporting material elsewhere in the Project.Folder structure are also encouraged*.
