**The WBS Folder should contain the work breakdown, task list, or other documentation that outlines what the program is suppose to accomplish over the given length of the proposal**.

Note: This section should contain the detailed tasks that the team is expected to work on. This section will likely have lots of revisions and updates as the program progresses and matures. The work breakdown should list the task, who is responsible for the work, the amount of time expected to complete it. The logical structure of the tasks should also be outlined in a system / subsystem manner. Updates should be kept using an agreed upon revision number of letter system within the project. Example

Project.WBS_1.mpp
Project.WBS_1.2.mpp
Project.WBS_2.0.mpp

NOTE: The updates should be clear as to minor and major change. Also, the task changes or project scope changes should be either referenced or noted somehow in this section. A record of the change and who made it is very helpful. See Schedule Folder information about combining with WBS if desired.

Caution: Projects will normally change on a frequent basis to some minor extent. DO NOT try to track all of these little changes on the WBS. Collect them and only record changes of significant impact. Use the meeting minutes to cover the non-critical items.
