**The Presentations folder is intended to capture the presented information and other items of interest that the ptoject team has done internal or external on behalf of the project**. 

Note: This is folder should contain any posters, conference papers, power point shows, or other documents about the project. 

Note: Use of sub-folders based naming the conference or venue can be useful. Example: Project.Oceans03

Note: The Images sub-folder is extremely important documentation about the project. All pictures should be cataloged in sub-folders that make sense for the project. It is also a good thing to get pictures of the people doing the work so that identities of people can be associated by folks who come along later.
