Bead blast metal
Clean metal w acetone
Coat metal with FL-10 primer ... 
  allow to dry ... 
  then put on FL-20 primer
Coat conductors and jacket with FL-20 primer
Let the primers cure 15 minutes
Spray mold release compound on molds from distance of 12"
  Mann Ease Release 200
  Wipe molds with Kemwipe
Put dummy on connector
If necessary, make a clay "dam" at end of mold to keep threads clean
Mix Flexane 94 -- ratio of 69 to 31, Resin to Hardener
 for 70 grams: 48.3 grams of Resin
               21.7 grams of Hardener
 for 100 grams: 69 grams of Resin
                31 grams of Hardener
Mix about a minute; be sure to "get the sides"
DeGas
 Take it down to about 28 inHg
 Don't let the container overflow as bubbles rise
 Three times to "pop" bubbles
Pour down hole ... Leave slots clear for air excape
Tilt the mold to get the compound into the connector body
Place assembly in pressure chamber
 50 psi ( red line )
2-3 hours in chamber
