RELEASE NOTES FOR CIP Importer (Version 4.0.4078)

CIP Importer has been updated to work with CIP-E version 4.1. 

If you have installed a previous version of the CIP Importer, you will need to 
delete the Settings directory and uninstall the previous version before installing.

IF you upgraded the CIP Importer, you will need to delete the Settings directory 
before you start using the CIP Importer. 

If not, you will receive a "Configuration is not valid" Error.
