Vacuum surface plastic plate and area around inside

Place copper sheet, carefully aligning with bottom left corner, tape all edges

Log on to computer

	Board should now appear ... check that drill holes line up correctly with artwork
	Left-click on board outline, then Right-click
	  Copy objects to layer

ICON Mark the Fiducuals
    Zoom out
	Place three Fiducuals just outside pcb area
	Click CLOSE
	
ICON Technology Dialog ( Generate insulation and contour routing toolpath )
    Select Complete Rubout
	   ( if your board doesn't need to cut out lots of copper )
	Copper Thickness
	   1 oz Cu  35 uMeters  1.4 mils
	   2 oz Cu  70 uMeters  2.8 mils
	Show Details   Select Tools
	   NOTE: 0.4 mm = 16 mils
	Set PRIMARY to 0.8 mm
	Available Drills ... de-select all except 0.4  0.8  1  2
	Click check-box: Generate Optimized Rubout
	Hide Details
	Contour Routing ... choose Horizontal or Vertical Tabs
	   ( show details for smaller routers )
	START
	   Program calculates tool paths
	CLOSE

    List of required tools
	Put in needed drills ( Green = spiral drills )
	Tell it what's loaded
	OK
	
Main Menu ( top of screen )
   MACHINING ... Placement
   Drag w mouse " hand "
   Check X-Y positioning ( Toggle on Mouse Cursor Select )
      Click on work area locations
	  Make sure the drill " horse shoe " doesn't hit the tape on the board edges
	  ( Toggle off Mouse Cursor Select )
	  
ICON Operate ... Drill Fiducials
    Choose the second smaller ICON
	Spindle warms up for two minutes
	Machine drills Fiducials
	Machine asks for Confirmation of Focus Height
	   Adjust Z-position if necessary
	   YES
	Tool Exchange
	   Universal Cutter does pilot holes
	   Drills Holes
	   Routs out paths
	   
FLIP Material
    Check for any problems before pulling off tape
	Vacuum up the mess
	Flip the board ... align carefully with upper left corner
	Tape all the edges
	Click OK
	
	Machine locates Fiducials
	Focus Height Check
	   YES
	   
	Machine does Tool Exchanges 
	Routs out paths
	
FINISHED

    Check out before removing tape
    Vacuum up the mess

EXIT the program
 
    Be sure to EXIT the program before powering down the machine
	
Turn Off the Machine
